The South Bronx Health Center provides medical services including Adult Medicine, Gynecology, Sexual Health Services, Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine, Geriatric Care, Mental Health Services, Care Management, Testing and Treatment, Mobile Mammogram program and Health Homes service.

Access Primary and Specialty Care, Dental services, Mental Health support and sexual health services

Housed within the Northwell Health System. Provides TGNB Specific care, including Primary care, hormone therapy, HIV testing, Mental Health Assesments, Behavioral Healthcare, and case management

Services include Primary medical care, HIV treatment and prevention (i.e. Pre-exposure prophylaxis or PrEP), Hepatitis C services, Opiate dependence treatment (Suboxone), Mental Health (psychiatric care and psychotherapy), and LGBT Health services

Services for people living with HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ+, including HIV Testing and prevention education, case management, Behavioral Health Services and assistance and programs for the uninsured.
