Provides food, shelter, counseling, testing, case management, nutrition services, youth services, immigration aid, elder service and educational aid for the Bronx community.
Serves a largely minority population, many of whom are homeless or at risk of homelesness. Services include Primary care, HIV care, Reproductive Health services, Gynecology, Dental, Case management, and Mental Health services.
