Syringe Exchange, Case Management, Therapy and Psychiatry, Medical, HIV and Hep C Testing, Peer Education, Nutrition, Drop-In Center, Wellness Services, Transgender Advocacy Group, and support groups.

The Drop-In Centers provide youth up to the age of 24 and their families with essentials like: Food, clothing, and immediate shelter; Access to counseling, support, and referrals to relevant services

Transitional housing for transgender people living with HIV and AIDS who have HASA. The program has 23 scattered-site partments and residents also participate in Housing Works East Adult Day Health Care Programming.
